Tanya is very passionate about yoga and the benefits to be gained both in mind and body, which she wants to share with others.
She encourages you to do the postures correctly, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from them and explains what each posture is for.
There is no pressure, you can work at your own level and feel the progress week by week. The class ends with a relaxation session which is wonderful. I just wish I could go more often!
