Optimising Health

No health practice would be complete without a well rounded understanding of what is required to live a long, disease free life.

I have therefore collaborated to produce a 10 week course covering every aspect of health in creating a community of like minded individuals who are looking not only to live a long life but to remain mobile, strong, flexible and above all disease and pain free.

I believe this course is the first of it’s kind, incorporating a 30 minute evidence based, cutting edge, health presentation and 30 minutes of gentle, relaxing Yoga practice every week.

Topics will include mental health, nutrition, fitness, genetics, sleep, toxins, modern medicine, bio-hacking and optimising our health for today’s lifestyle.
