If you would like to learn more about yoga, drop in to Tanya’s friendly and welcoming intermediate level classes, designed to teach you how to practice Yoga safely and establish a good foundation for further practice.
Tanya teaches Yoga classes in the Hatha tradition, combining the best of Iyengar, Power Yoga and Viniyasa Flow styles with a great deal of focus on breath , mindfulness and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. You will learn about the fundamental Principles of Yoga: breathing techniques, physical exercise and relaxation .
