Intermediate Yoga Classes

If you would like to learn more about yoga, drop in to Tanya’s friendly and welcoming intermediate level yoga class 2classes, designed to teach you how to practice Yoga safely and establish a good foundation for further practice.

Tanya teaches Yoga classes in the Hatha tradition, combining the best of Iyengar, Power Yoga and Viniyasa Flow styles with a great deal of focus on breath , mindfulness and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. You will learn about the fundamental Principles of Yoga:  breathing  techniques, physical exercise  and relaxation .
